New Clients
Karen accepts new clients Mondays and Tuesdays between 11a-3p. After your initial consultation, you can make an appointment in any available time slot on her schedule. This time is set aside for you as a first time client to ask questions and receive a professional hair assessment. At the end of the consultation, a strategic plan for your 365 day rebirth of your hair will be made.
What does the consultation include?

Scheduling with Synergi Staff
Clients scheduling with Renee Moore or Paula Settles, visit our online appointment system and select the service desired. Choose a services beginning with “Synergi” (ex. Synergi Shampoo) and then complete the steps to schedule your appointment.
When are the busiest and slowest times at Synergi?
Thursdays, Fridays, evenings and Holidays are the busiest times at Synergi. More flexible appointment times can be scheduled between 11a-3p. Karen does not work on Saturdays.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
When your appointment is scheduled, a confirmation email is sent to you. This same confirmation email also includes a link for you to cancel your appointment. If you have any trouble or have a same day cancellation, text your cancellation to 614-329-7494 during business hours.
What products are used at Synergi?
Synergi Salon uses Synergi Products exclusively, as well as Design Essential relaxer and semi colors.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointments are typically complete within an hour and a half. There are occasions when services may require more time, especially if a client arrives late for an appointment. If you have time restraints, include a note with your appointment AND notify your stylist as soon as you arrive. We will try to accommodate your schedule, but it may be necessary to consider rescheduling your appointment.
What forms of payments do you take?
Synergi Salon gladly accepts cash, check, charge, and valid Synergi Salon gift certificates. *Please note: we have a $50 return check fee in addition to the cost of the services and products originally purchased.
