Clients coming to Synergi Salon for their first visit should book the Journey to ME service. This initial appointment reserves an extended amount of time for your and your stylist to talk specifically about your hair situation. During your personal hair consultation, you will be introduced to the Synergi GetItStrait! hair care system. In addition, you will receive the signature Synergi MY Style Shampoo & Style flat iron service.

Do I have to attend a workshop before scheduling an appointment?

While it is helpful to attend a workshop prior to your visit, we recommend you at least read the Synergi e-Book and complete the New Client consultation form prior to your visit.

What products are used at Synergi?

Synergi Salon uses Synergi Products exclusively and WELLA semi & permanent color system.

How long will my appointment take?

Journey to ME appointments are typically completed within an hour and a half. There are occasions when services may require more time. If you have time restraints, include a note with your appointment AND notify your stylist as soon as you arrive. We will try to accommodate your schedule, but it may be necessary to consider rescheduling your appointment.

What appointment should a New Client select?

Clients visiting Synergi for the first time should book the Journey to ME appointment.

Does Synergi service children?

Yes, Synergi does service Little Girls age 7-12 years. An adult must accompany the child at check in and check out. Due to potential cause of harm, Synergi kindly requests NO CHILDREN in the salon UNLESS being serviced.

Do Little Girls require a consultation?

Yes, little girls sometimes have more hair than adults! Their hair has a story too and we need to hear it. Book the New Little ME appointment to get the right start!

Do all Synergi Stylists service Little Girls 7-12?

Not all Stylists service Little Girls. At this time Paula, Royce, Aishia, LaChena, Tamika, Nija and Regina are our Little Girls Stylists.

Do I have to get the BIG CHOP if I want to grow out my relaxer?

NO! We specialize in showing you how to maintain the two textures of hair while growing out your relaxer so you can be CUTE at the same time! BIG CHOP only if you insist…

Can I get Color on my first appointment?

Semi Permanent Color for Grey coverage is allowed on your initial appointment. Color lightening requires a consultation prior to Color service and is at the Stylists discretion. Service may be refused based on hair health or Stylist recommendation.

Can I book an appointment with any Synergi Stylist after my initial Synergi Experience appointment?

Yes! All Synergi Stylists specialize in natural hair and growing out relaxers. You can book with any Synergi Stylist after your first appointment.

Why do I have to enter my credit card information?

Due to the increased number of last minute cancellations and no shows, we reserve the right to collect a deposit for services booked and not completed.

I am a returning client, will my card be charged when I book my appointment?

No, your card will simply attach to your account profile. Unless your service requires a deposit, your card will not be charged until the completion of your service.

I just want to attend a Workshop or Clinic, why do I have to enter a payment method?

.One feature out of our control! Your card WILL NOT be charged, Get It Strait! Workshops & InSalon Clinics are complimentary!

How can I purchase Synergi GetItStrait! products?

What forms of payment do you take?

.Synergi Salon gladly accepts cash, charge, and valid Synergi Salon gift certificates.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

No Shows and Clients canceling less than 4 hours in advance will have a $25 charged to their card on file or billed to their account. Repeat offenders may be asked to pre-pay appointment at time of booking.

 

UPCHARGES

Service upcharges may be applied at $10 increments depending on the following: Super thick or super long – not all hair long or thick requires a upcharge – although some hair can be so unmanageable that the stylist will charge extra for the work and time needed to cleanse, detangle and/or flat iron the hair.

Braids & Weaves- we DO NOT remove any braids, weaves or remaining twists. To avoid an upcharge, shampoo your hair with Synergi Shampoo at home and blowdry prior to your appointment to guarantee manageability. Service may be refused. Excessive product buildup – too much product on the hair prior to your visit can make your hair weighed down and lifeless.

Coming out of braids or weave? To avoid being charged extra, shampoo hair with Synergi Xtra Clean Shampoo prior to your appointment.

Recommendations to help avoid upcharges: Use Synergi Xtra Clean Shampoo prior to appointment, at least 2 cleansings prior to appointment or between appointments Take Synergi Hair and Scalp Vitamins Attend any GetItStrait! Workshop or Synergi InSalon Clinic
