But here’s the truth: we are not designed to do life alone. God created us for community. Scripture reminds us: “Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10)

Because the Reset isn’t just about food, fitness, or hair — it’s about whole-body, whole-life health. And part of that health is community, connection, and letting yourself be vulnerable with others again.
